Our curtains and shutters look absolutely amazing, our bedroom curtains look particularly beautiful, I pinch myself each day because I feel like I am in a very beautiful hotel. I just wanted to send a note to say a big thank you for the service recovery by Hayley and Nathan on Friday afternoon. I understand things sometimes can go awry, and I really appreciate the extra mile that was afforded to us by getting Mum’s curtains fit for purpose before she started to really fret!

Murphy’s law that it had to be a Friday afternoon as well!

The curtains look lovely and we ‘tested’ them out (in pitch darkness) much to Mum’s satisfaction. I also would like to say a big thank you to Peter, who did a terrific job installing and keeping mum amused.  He was so helpful and also went the ‘extra mile’ to help.

We recently had Timms Curtain House supply curtains and blinds for our home. We dealt principally with Bev Timms who came out to see us, discussed our requirements and made a number of very useful suggestions, which we were more than happy to adopt. We also visited their showroom/workshop and were delighted with the quality and range of materials available and the excellence of the workmanship. We are extremely happy with the product we have been supplied and the way the window dressings have been hung.

Bev helped us to get what we think is the perfect match of curtains with the décor and with our requirement to have curtain combinations that provide light during the day and privacy at night and at all times look beautiful when seen from both inside and outside. Bev and Nathan and their team could not have been more obliging, more helpful, or more skilful. Bev also has that wonderful knack of being entirely relatable and attentive, but also with an engaging sense of humour.

The prices were very competitive, but more than that – they have an attention to detail that goes way beyond expectation and they do not “cut corners”. It means you know that you know that you have the real deal. They’d be our first choice, every time.

I just wanted to say thank you to your team for our beautiful new curtains and blinds. They look awesome! I had met with 5 other companies prior to contacting you and you were by far the most efficient and professional company. Dianna was fantastic with her knowledge and advice about what to do and nothing was out of the question or too hard especially when it came to our tall angel window. Many companies wouldn’t even touch it. The efficiency of your team was also fantastic. Hayley has been great with her communication to me throughout the whole process. Both Peters that came to install were quick and clean and took away our old window coverings which was great.

We had an issue with the fabric performance quality of our 18-month-old curtains for four sets of windows at our residence. Bev had no hesitation in evoking the Timms motto “Your Satisfaction Guaranteed” and promptly replaced all the curtains with a different fabric choice BEFORE taking on the protracted battle with the supplier of the faulty fabric.
